Online fashion and jewellery retailer, Threads Styling, featured in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 league table for the second year in succession at No.65, recording sales of £17.7m in 2018, a rise of 70% over the previous financial year. Threads Styling is the leading proponent of "chat commerce" where its high net worth clients view curated fashion and jewellery items on Instagram and Snapchat and place orders via messaging services such as WhatsApp and WeChat. Threads Styling continues to expand globally with offices in US and Hong Kong opened in the last 12 months, supported by a £15.7m funding round led by C Ventures and Highland Europe. Clients of D5 Capital first invested in Threads Styling in 2015.
