Further participation in Spot.IM

The D5 Capital investor group has participated in a follow-on investment round of $850,000 in Spot.IM, the community chat platform.

Spot.IM, led by Nadav Shoval and Soluto co-founder Ishay Green, is set to roll out the B2C and B2B2C application in Q1 2014 on web, iOS and Android platforms. Spot.IM can be plugged into any website or blog, driving up dwell times and delivering SEO benefits; any business can create a ‘Spot’ where like-minded users can meet for the first time in an appropriate context, making new friends.  Users will be able to download Spot.IM from the Apple or Andoid app stores and find places and communities that suit their preferences.

The app is designed to be a safe and entertaining vehicle for chatting and networking.
