D5 Capital advises JPES Partners on acquisition of DL Media
London, 25 April 2017: Leading investment industry communications consultancy, JPES Partners, has acquired the specialist property PR and marketing agency, Duncan Lamb Media. The acquisition further cements JPES’ credentials in the investment management space and enables it to offer specialist services to real estate investors and developers. D5 Capital identified the acquisition and advised JPES Partners on the transaction.
Following the deal, Duncan Lamb has become a Director of the company, and brings with him a number of key property clients including Colliers International, Mayfair Capital Investment Management, Acuitus, Chancerygate, and Levy Real Estate.

The firm is keen to extend its specialist expertise as part of carefully controlled growth plans and through this acquisition will develop a property consultancy alongside its core asset management business.
