We have today completed a great Series A investment in a new SaaS offering out of Tel Aviv, called Walkme, co-investing with Mangrove Capital Partners.
Walkme.com is the product of the management team at Make Tutorial Limited, led by CEO Dan Adka. Billed as “Servicing Self Service”, Walkme deals with two of the prime problems of any ecommerce or customer service platform: low conversion rates and high call volumes to customer service centres. Walkme provides the user with on-screen guidance for completing tasks over the web – through helpful instruction ‘balloons’ which guide users as they try to complete tasks. The software can be plugged into any website and reduces helpdesk costs, improves conversion rates and grows site usage …by removing user confusion.
