(London, 16th December 2015): D5 Capital, the specialist media & technology corporate finance adviser, has successfully managed the sale of System Analytic to Sudler & Hennessey, the global healthcare communications network of WPP Group PLC. D5 Capital developed the transaction strategy, identified the range of potential buyers and negotiated the sale. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
